Final Four. Just getting there means you’re one of the best basketball teams in the state. And going into 6A postseason play ranked as the number one boys basketball team in Colorado, Rangeview certainly fit that description.
In their semifinal matchup against defending champion Valor Christian, the Raiders were just one victory away from the title game. Unfortunately, Rangeview’s amazing and undefeated season came to an end with a final score of 61-51.
While it was tough to see Rangeview come up just shy of capturing its third basketball state championship, Coach Shawn Palmer said it was a thrilling ride and he’s so proud of everything his team accomplished. “It was a blessing to be a part of this team and see this group of young men sacrifice and invest in each other to create a special season,” he said. “We are all grateful for the support of our Rangeview and APS community!”
Congratulations Rangeview on an unforgettable season!
