Thanks to the support of Aurora voters, the 2024 Bond Program is bringing new schools, modern learning environments and critical improvements to classrooms and facilities across our community.
Here’s a look at just a few projects already taking shape:
New Health Sciences High School

APS Nutrition Services Distribution Center
The north side of the state-of-the-art APS Nutrition Services Distribution Center, which will be the primary hub
for food distribution for the APS community. This new facility will provide more frozen, refrigerated and dry storage
space which will allow us to bring in more raw products from local farmers and ranchers, increase our buying power
to combat rising food costs, and make our logistics operations more efficient. We will be able to serve our students
more scratch-cooked meals while supporting our local community, producing even fresher and healthier meals to

New P-8 School at Foundry
Southeast Aurora will soon have a new P-8 school in the Foundry community, as depicted by the above drone photo.

High School Track Improvements
Several APS high schools will enjoy new running tracks following the full-depth asphalt and surfacing project plan.
