
The 2025-26 school year starts soon and we want all students to be ready for the first day of class. Please complete the annual online student check-in now by visiting aurorak12.org/check-in Parents or guardians must check in their returning students before the start of the school year.
The Annual Online Student Check-In System is a convenient way for parents and guardians to update or confirm addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, health information, preferred language and more. If you have an email address on file with us, you should have received an email with your username. If you did not receive it, please contact your school after July 14.
Additionally, beginning the 2025-26 school year, you can now submit absence requests directly through the Infinite Campus ParentPortal. Whether your student will be out for the day, arriving late or leaving early, the Absence Request tool lets you notify your school in just a few clicks. Parents and guardians will also have the opportunity to complete the Community Eligibility form, which determines their eligibility for meals and other financial district benefits.
Need before- or after-school care? APS partners with several providers including Boys & Girls Clubs, Innovation Learning, Right At School, Scholars Unlimited and YMCA. Some schools have updated providers for the new year, and some providers may not have opened registration yet. Visit aurorak12.org/care to find the latest list of care providers and program links.
