Mission: Empowering young women of color to embrace their identities, cultivate leadership, and enhance social-emotional skills through a supportive and inclusive community, fostering advocacy and growth.
Vision: To create a transformative space where young women of color in Aurora Public Schools thrive as confident leaders and advocates, equipped with the tools to shape their futures and communities.
