Requesting Student Records & Transcripts
Currently Enrolled Students
Parents/legal guardians of a currently enrolled student should contact the school the student currently attends to request records or transcripts.
Former Students/Alumni

Students withdrawn during the current school year: Contact the last school attended to request records.

Students withdrawn in a previous school year or graduates: Submit a records request through our online records request system.
Ordering Records
Aurora Public Schools offers a secure online request system for former students, alumni, employers, government agencies, and other authorized requestors.
Requests may include:
- Official or unofficial transcripts
- Immunization records
- ACT/SAT scores
- Permanent educational records
- Replacement diplomas (graduates only)
Records will be delivered by mail to the address provided on the request or may be emailed upon request.
Recent Graduates:
Your high school will send your final transcript to the post-secondary institution of your choice once they have been finalized. You have until the end of December of the year you graduated to request a copy of your transcript at no cost, through the Office of Student Records.
Graduates:
If you are an Aurora Public Schools graduate, you may request your transcript (official or unofficial), immunization record, ACT/SAT scores, permanent educational records, or a replacement diploma by clicking here.
Transcript Types
Official Transcript: Stamped as official, sealed in an envelope, and intended for colleges, employers, agencies, or other authorized recipients. The sealed envelope should not be opened.
Unofficial Transcript: Stamped as unofficial and provided for personal use or review.
Fees
A fee applies to each records request. Fees vary based on the type of record requested.
All orders include a $5.00 ScribOrder/ScribSoft processing fee. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card.
Fee Waiver: Fees are waived for active-duty military personnel with required documentation.
