National Maternal Mental Health Hotline
The new National Maternal Mental Health Hotline provides 24/7, free, confidential support, resources and referrals to any pregnant and postpartum mothers facing mental health challenges and their loved ones.
The service is available via phone and text in English or Spanish. Call or text, 1-833-9-HELP4MOMS (1-833-943-5746) to connect with counselors at the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline.
Counselors provide support in English or Spanish. Counselors also have access to interpreter services who can support 60 other languages

Aurora Mental Health Center Services for APS Students and Families
APS students have access to free mental health support through Aurora Mental Health Center (AuMHC).
Therapists at AuMHC can work with you on managing emotions, grieving a loss, dealing with anger, and excessive worry or sadness.
AuMHC also offers in-home therapy for parents and families with young children through their Early Childhood and Family In-Home Therapy

Virtual Counseling Available for APS Students with Hazel HEART Therapists
You can attend virtual counseling sessions with a licensed therapist from a private space at school or from home. Therapists can help you with anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship issues, and more.
