Shared Google Drive
Directions – Each Title I School has a school folder to house the approved budgets, and delegated staff can upload support documents for the fall and spring meetings, including agendas, sign-in sheets, surveys, pictures, etc. Principals will have access to the Title I Family Engagement Shared Google Drive, and they can request delegated staff to have access to the school folder and budget. The principal or delegated staff can make updates/revisions to the budget template. The Title I Family Engagement Budget can be revised anytime from your shared folder. Our team will receive a notification when revisions are made and will follow up with any questions or required changes.
Budget Summary Page—Principals should fill out Columns J4-12 and K4-12. These amounts represent the anticipated total cost of each expense category. Only use the budget codes provided on this page; incorrectly coded expenses will be moved from Title I to the school's budget at the end of each month.
Event Planning Budget—Use this monthly budget tab to plan individual events and yearlong expenses. The projected balance, actual balance, and difference are calculated automatically. Subtotals from this page may be used to inform the Budget Summary page.
Allowability – Review the allowable and non-allowable expenditures. Sign-in sheets and agendas are required when food is purchased.
Agreement for Services - Extra Duty Pay and Benefits are for staff who help at an event; this is not for interpreters. The employee must have an AFS created by the Title I office before work can start. A delegated school employee should fill out the AFS Tab, columns A-I, at least two weeks before an event. The Title I office will work with HR on data for column J-0. The pay rate is in Column L, and classified employees are paid at their current rate and are OT eligible. The Title I office can add a school staff member as the AFS collaborator in Oracle.
