Supporting Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness

Aurora Public Schools gives students early exposure to college and career success to ensure they have every opportunity to have a future that excites them.

College and Career Success Process

All APS students discover their interests and strengths which are tracked using ICAP through Naviance. As students' knowledge, strengths, and interests evolve through time they can track and apply them to future goals.

Login to Naviance to record your knowledge, strengths, and interests.

Review documents of the APS College and Career Success Team Objective or the Spanish APS College and Career Success Team Objective.

Needs & Goals

Students have access to programs that support their goals and needs as well as a community of support with the College and Career Success Team through Graduation Coaches who uplift them along their journey to graduation.

Our College and Career Success Advisors aid students as they prepare and plan for life after graduation, whether that be college, career, or military. Students can stop by their College and Career Center to speak with their school's Advisor.

There are various opportunities for students to earn credentials that will open doors to their future.
