Don’t Risk Having Your Medicaid or CHP+ Coverage Canceled. Learn How to Renew!

All families who have Medicaid or CHP Plus must be aware that your eligibility application MUST be renewed in order to continue receiving coverage.

Please contact the Aurora Public Schools Medicaid Department at 303-326-1485 or [email protected] to receive proper guidance through this process.

Please also check your physical mailbox for a renewal packet from the federal government, which will read “URGENT - PLEASE REPLY”.
