Here at the Welcome Center, we work collaboratively to support and connect newcomer students and their families. Upon enrollment, each family is paired with a family liaison matched by shared language whenever possible—to ensure a welcoming and informed start.
Our multilingual team reflects the rich diversity of our community, with staff who speak Spanish, Arabic, Somali, Amharic, Tigrinya, Dari, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Amharic, Burmese, Karen, Karenni, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Swahili, Kinyarwanda and Kirundi. We value strong relationships built on communication, transparency, and trust.
