Resolution Dispute Forms
Families may dispute identification, programming, and ALP decisions by completing the Resolution Dispute Form.
The form below can be completed by the family and returned to a school's GT ToSA. A written response will be provided and the family can request a meeting with the GT ToSA and school leadership to discuss the resolution. If the family continues to find the resolution unsatisfactory, then the family may appeal the decision to the district AAGS Director. Early Access disputes will go directly to the AAGS director.
