Alternative License
An Alternative License is a way for individuals that have a passion for teaching, but do not have a background in education, to enter into a teaching career. Review the below programs to see which one may work best for you.
- AdvanceEDU + PEBC- Complete a Bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire, Colorado State University Global or Western Governors University. This program is for anyone who has not completed a Bachelor’s degree and would like to go into teaching in

- ASPIRE to Teach- Through the University of Colorado, Denver. Fully remote, online, competency-based program (non-course based, nongraded), personalized program to meet needs and experiences a candidate brings into the program and teaching profession.
