INSTRUCTIONS

• All Classified, Licensed and Admin/PT employees must report leave in KES - Absence Reporting. Leave is NOT to be reported directly in Oracle Self Service Timecards
  (The only exceptions are classified employees in Nutrition, Transportation and Custodial.

• Approving and Rejecting Timecards
• Worklist Access
  • One-time set up for approvers to grant access
    principal or other approver (PDF)
  • Switching users to view an approver's worklist
    usually handled by secretary or other trusted employee (PDF)
• Automatically Moving Outlook Mail Messages from Oracle Timecard
  • Setting up Outlook Rule instructions - 1 page (PDF)
• Weekly Timecard Report
  • For use by school and departmental offices
