Oracle Cloud 101

Oracle Cloud is the the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) that we use to mange various aspects of Human Resources within our organization.  Below are some helpful resources to get you started as a new employee

As a new employee to Aurora Public Schools your site should give you your login information to Oracle Cloud. Should you have issues logging into Oracle Cloud please submit an IncidentIQ ticket through our IT department.

Below are a few navigation tips:

On the main screen, you will see tabs customized to your role within APS. Below these tabs are icons representing different sections within each module. The Me tab provides access to your personal information in Oracle Cloud.

Notification Bell- The notification bell is located to the top right of your screen and provides importation information on actions you need to take or a simple FYI of information pertinent to you. Screenshot of Oracle Cloud bell notification

Personal Information- To view your personal information under the Me tab click on the Personal Information icon.  Here you find additional tabs that give you access to items such as

  • Personal Details- Details about yourself (name, date of birth, martial status and national identifier)
  • Document Records- Access to documents such as contract letters, pay slips and other work related documents
  • Contact and Emergency Contacts
  • Employment Information
  • Compensation

NOTE: Some information can be updated but may also require additional HR Approval.
